he latest issue of Abilene Living highlights a plethora of exciting diverse stories. Featured in this edition is Grace Museum curator, McMurrey Professor, artist and more, Judy Deaton, a woman of many talents who wears many hats. Renowned Texas Country Artist, Aaron Watson, also shares a personal account of moving to Abilene to attend ACU and staying to raise his family.
With family in mind, Heather and I have some exciting news to share. We were blessed with our frst child July 23rd, Gatlyn Gable. We have been so moved by this miracle in our lives that when Anne Pierce, owner of Kids’ Village, shared the news of a local twin phenomena hitting the Big Country it caught our attention. In the cover story, Twice Blessed, you will get a peak at several local families who have been surprised and overjoyed by the arrival of twins to their home!
We once again thank our wonderful advertisers which allow this publication to come free of charge to you! All of us at With You In Mind Publications continue to look forward to a long relationship with this area and many more issues of Abilene Living Magazine to come!
Many Blessings,
