Jim McCathren enjoys mixing business with pleasure. In addition to the 120 + cities that host his structures, he also builds on private islands. Called island co-ops, he coordinates buyers that want to experience a private island lifestyle without the full expense of owning a whole island. With several investors in place, McCathren can purchase an island and then build the infrastructure to be shared among the buyers. The advantage to this business is that he is able to travel and enjoy some beautiful locations and what they have to offer.
